There are 4"+ of white covering everything this morning. The temperature is all the way up to 18°F. We are enjoying our annual Easter snowstorm.

Cockerels are delicious! You turn them into fried chicken before they start to crow.

OR... I caponized some of mine a month or so back. We shall see whether or not I did it right, but they did all survive and are thriving. It's so amazing. I didn't kill them! I fully expected to, but I didn't even come close! Too cool! No more frankenchickens for me!

My Safeway has the blue/chocolate ones!!! I'm gonna get me some when I get an incubator free!
