I'm thinking I will hit record before I walk into the store.
BUT crap how am I going to show them the question.

How am I going to understand the answers to my questions?
Should I bring paper and have then write it down then come home and try to figure it out?

I believe at least some will speak English,ask a child who is likely bilingual to translate?

You're question might be confusing to them as it's not the kind of question someone would ask about balut. Maybe something more along the lines of "how long until these eggs are ready?" With ready being the optimal number of days until good balut. Hmm. Good luck!
