MUDDY DID YOU CHECK THE PM?

LOL we don't have food colouring like you guys here in the UK. But thank you. any vinegar works right?
I put a big dash of white vinegar into the container then squeezed some color in.
Next I scooped the eggs right out of the hot water and put them into the containers.
Then used the same hot water that I boiled them in to pour over to cover the eggs.

Wonder if apple cider vinegar would work I have tons of that love it as a homemade vinegarette (is that spelled right?)

Plain water with no vinegar will work.
I think the vinegar just hurries up the process.
I am not sure and I am not looking it up.

Dog update. We had to put him down.
Very sad day in the household. :hit

We were already $2500 in. MRI would have added another $2k. Surgery would have been another 5 or 6k.

I'm sorry. I know this can be difficult. Our dog had an accident and a badly broken leg. The expenses add up quick. What I wasn't prepared for was that there were complications after surgery that just about doubled the expenses (as well as distress/health problems for the dog), by then we were committed and we are still paying for it 2 years later and her leg still is not right. Hind sight, her leg should have been amputated. I guess the point of all this is that it's sometimes hard to know what the right decision is and it's always hard to lose a pet. Know that you gave your pup a good life and the decisions you made up to and including this last one were the best decisions you could make with the extent of the injuries. In time your heart will heal.
