@Cyprus I would say they are high energy working dogs and do best when they have a job to do. She is also part Aussie so another high energy working dog.

No they lift the wing to let the water under. Pigeons love to bathe but I don’t have a way to give them a pool outside. So I put the hose on a gentle rain and aim it over. They will walk into it and fluff and preen. It’s too funny.Are they trying to block the rain with their wing?

I thought a catahoula would be a good match for my ACD but maybe not. She already has a head like a boulder and more energy then she needs.... I don’t need 2 like that!High Energy

You forgot dominate, obstinate and constantly challenging for pack lead. Loved my Catahoula leopard dog. Gorgeous coat. Hard head. They take time, patience and a firm hand.
