Yeah it's definitely one of my biggest fears every summer. Our AC unit broke down for two days and I freaked out because he was panting inside the house! We bought a fan and placed a bowl of ice in front of it to cool the air. He on the other hand just wanted to play and run around. He hated that I would dampen his fur with cool water every now and again, but it would evaporate almost as quickly as I was getting him wet!

lol my dogs do the same. One of my Golden’s wears herself out and her tongue looks like a ping pong paddle. I have to put a damp towel on her and she thinks I’m crazy but soaks up the attention anyway.

Our fake dog (or is it faker dog?) Would love nothing more then to bake herself. It's a billion degrees and she's out in the grass, sunning. I have to call her in when I see her start to pant because she would bake herself into a cracker if she could!

this time of year my regular dogs go out to pee and come right back indoors.
The Faker isn't allowed outside.
He snuck out the other day and stuck his little but under and hauled around the yard for good minute before we caught him.
I thought he was going to die, for real.

Some grocery store eggs are fertile....I think people have reported success with Trader Joe eggs...
