Veins themselves aren't bad, just the thought of something inside them is really gross to me. Or them being pulled out. Or someone touching the huge scar on my leg that I can't feel properly... Blech! Heebie Jeebies!

Oh, totally!!! It's like a super gross reminder that your nerves aren't working anymore. Any amount of pressure and it's just too much, especially on the ones with the thin skin.

I had a coworker with epilepsy so I learned lots about it (I grilled her, of course). Her meds made her goofy at times and she was always really tired.

Yep, goofy and tired sums it up haha. We’re hammering out the kinks and I’m doing a lot better, we can pretty accurately predict the seizures at this point so it’s not so bad.
I just really really miss driving.

My dad has a massive scar that wraps around his thumb from almost chopping it off. He messes with it all the time, it gives me the willies.
