Agree, very good advice.Battered fried with a cold ranch dressing. If any of y'all buy gator meat for the first time make sure it's tail meat. Rib meat is tough and usually used to make sausage. Also if you try gator sausage down here make sure it's fried. They sell something like a boiled sausage I assume alligator boudan in the french market and I think it's gross bad first impression
