For the most part I blame the parents. They drive me mad, "well I don't like being the mean mom/dad so I buy them whatever they want", "I don't believe in punishments", etc.

Avoid Aviod Aviod! While this can be the one family that wants assistance, more than likely they will not want an outsider opinion. A lot of these type parents think their child is the second coming of Jesus.
