Us northerners have potty mouths...If I ever finish building my coops, I'm going to have a bachelor pad (rooster flock).
What's my excuse then?
I think I may be the only weirdo here that thinks that fried chicken is *disgusting*...I straight up use crisco when I do fried chicken too. If you're going to do it, do it right... right?
I hate pork chops too...She's doing shake and bake... not hating over here. I do it sometimes too. Anyone ever taken thinly sliced pork chops and dredged in instant potato flakes and baked them with salt, pepper and butter?? They are delicious! That's something my aunt used to do when i was little
And I loved them. I've made them for my fam a few times when I'm feeling nostalgic and they never disappoint.
Now that sounds amazing. Did she have a secret family recipe???My grandma made the best crawfish bisque I have ever eaten, in 61 years I have never found a crawfish bisque that tasted like grandma's.![]()
If she did, she took it with her.Now that sounds amazing. Did she have a secret family recipe???
Nah, she never did that, not even soap. She didn't even hit us really. She was good at psychological fear instead. If we dared to act up in a store, she would grab us by the arm, plaster a huge grin on her face and hiss a threat in our ear. Usually along the lines of "Take a good look around, cause this is the last time you'll ever see this store again." I used to think she was going to murder us, but we just got grounded. No hot sauce?
Ahhhh! That's a tragedy. I guess the real secret to bisque is cream. Oh, and butter. Plus, old ladies and their magic seasoning powder. Slap some fat on a$$, please. I freaking love bisque. If she did, she took it with her.
Yeah, I still think about it and miss it.Ahhhh! That's a tragedy. I guess the real secret to bisque is cream. Oh, and butter. Plus, old ladies and their magic seasoning powder. Slap some fat on a$$, please. I freaking love bisque.
