I had to push pause a couple of times when I was looking into the eggs so I could make sure I could see good.
Like the music was messing with my eye sight.

Wait...before I start.
I read an article here that said I should start counting the days the same day I put the eggs in. For you quail hatchers...do you count this way?
I'm now confused as to which day I am on.

I set them on the 25th and counting the way above puts me at starting day 11 now...but I could be starting day 10?

I start counting the day after I set.... so if I set eggs (any flavor) today at 10:00am then tomorrow at 10:00am will be day 1 as they have been cooking for 1 day. Dunno if that is right or wrong but that is how I justify it in my fuzzy little pea brain.

DD1 has narrowed her names down to Skittles, Bandit, Rex & SnowShadow -don't ask. Little kitty no name seems to be doing pretty well today.

He gets very nervous outside and wants to run off which makes perfect sense as I'm sure his instincts are screaming for him to seek cover (I don't think I'll bring him back out again. I'll just wait until he discovers the doggy door on his on and decided to venture out for himself)
But inside he's purring away, crawling in laps and playing with toys! We may end up with the perfect lap kitty after all!
