Went back to work.... And looked up ghost stories online.
I work from 5:00p.m. to 5:00s.m. on weekends. I've worked graveyard shift for over 5 years now, do I'm used to it. I'm about to eat "breakfast" and head in now.

Yikes that’s a lot of large combs and red Kiki curses us all! The BR pullets are almost cuckoo looking? Ours were much lighter. I can only find a baby pile picture but you can tell which they are. Your EE is certainly not looking like mine like we thought it would!View attachment 1494734

Speaking of cockerels, I listed my two boys today. I really don’t want to sell my New Hampshire but we just don’t need him if we are going to be doing the Australorp project.

Yea, I know. I’ve stopped guessing because they all just seem like boys when I individually analyze. Too stressful lol.

Oh wow, your barred rocks look like boys compared to mine! The lighting makes a big difference but mine are definitely darker.

Oh ok. I misread. Yea, TMP is very emo/math rock, that doesn’t surprise me.
I’m curious what songs you’re listening to, some of those heavy bands have a couple very pretty “soft” songs.

I feel ya! My hatched ones are all feeling like boys so I just quit trying to figure it out.

The Barred Rocks are both not boys thankfully but it is really weird how they came from the same hatchery and yet they look so different!

Ah, nice! Applause is good, and the entire album “a black mile to the surface” is one of my favorites. Blank Tapes isn’t quite my style though, I prefer TMP’s older albums.

That is pretty weird. Cuckoo Marans have pink legs though, right? I didn’t even doubt that mine were rocks haha. I love them all the same!
I was thinking of posting in the “what gender” forum when they turn 4 weeks, but that’s probably too early. I guess I’ll wait until 6.

Yes they have pink legs. I don't doubt it either, it just shocked me seeing the difference! I wonder if they'll get any more barring as they grow.

Me too! And hey, I know by now that anything is possible with chick mix-ups.
Those two are very strange, noticeably smaller than all the others and by far the bravest. Very cute in person but impossible to get photos of haha.
