I was going to put them straight outside but I've changed my mind. I will keep them in until they all hatch...maybe two days.
You'll want to keep them in a very safe brooder with a constant heat source (which in your case might just be the air) for several days, until they're less wobbly and start feathering out. That happens faster than you think, by the way. They are suicidal and very fragile... I've lost several quail babies because I treated them like chicks. Shavings are too much for them to handle for a while, so I suggest paper towels.
