Not necessarily, sometimes they'll rest for 16 to 18 hours before zipping. When they do, it will seem like they all decided to zip at the same time...they will all be very close when they begin to pop!

Y'all I'm chiming in and will do some catch up amid distractions, but wanted to say hellur... btw our little bandit kitten died. He couldn't maintain a body temp and would barely eat and drink. It was a failure to thrive sort of thing, his bet thinks may have been caused by a viral complex of some kind. He wasn't tested so not sure which.

So sorry about the stray. Sometimes it just happens. I had an adult tom show up on our property that I fell in love with. Next day he was sneezing, day after that he was found dead under the porch. I was terrified the other two cats would catch something horrible (feared FIV) but it never happened.
Your new kitties are precious though! Love that calico minx, how gorgeous. Hope she grows up healthy.
