➡I accidentally bought Balut eggs: 2 live ducks! Now a Chat Thread!

I didn't even make it through a single episode. Banty has just the worst taste in stories. Just the worst.
The first episode was really campy and not at all good. The first season in general tries too hard to be serious. Then, later on, they just throw their hands up and be weird, and it works beautifully. There's a lot of character development, good acting, and sad stories too. Watch some clips from Changing Channels---bet you a Boston cream doughnut that you'll be laughing at the end of said clip.

Villain escalation is threaded through the whole series, but it is so obvious that it's funny. You've defeated Satan himself? Meet Satan's even badder brother, Metatron!
I'm not being sarcastic there, either. I'm pretty sure that's a real storyline.

I half way agree.
I really liked Sherlock...enough to watch them all at least twice...some three times.
That is nuts.
Who watches shows twice?
I can't remember how many times I've watched Sherlock. Lots. I've never liked anything enough to re-watch it before. Even Doctor Who is best on the first watch... Sherlock just gets better the more times you see it.

Exactly. Even I cringe at “Dad is on a hunting trip and he hasn’t been home in awhile” said in a melodramatic voice. Unapologetically weird and self referential is where it is at. :highfive:

*Son of Satan

Bollocks!

Although Sherlock is a treasure and should infinitely rewatched.

Right, thanks. I wasn't clear on the details. :bow

Also, I love the leviathans already! Talk about campy. They're perfect.
