Apparently it's a "Tupperware Butter Upper"? You put butter in it, and salt in the holes part. Then use it for corn on the cob. It's "vintage".

I put in "tupperware yellow press garlic" and that came up! Apparently most people think it's for garlic at first. Everyone also doesn't ever know what it is for either, they just find it lol.

I see you also left off guinea eggs. The neighbor's grandchildren really like the guinea eggs because of the size and the higher ratio of yellow to white. I really like them pickled since they are only one bite.
