Do you have a link to where that's been theorized? Having a circadian rhythm longer than 24 hours is classified as a sleep disorder, and it is thought to be neurological.Having a 25 hour sleep schedule isn’t abnormal or a neurological problem.
It’s actually theorized by some to be the normal human circadian rhythm (although no one knows why).

Sorry, should’ve clarified.. many sleep disorders are separated from neurological conditions because they tend to be seen as symptoms of a larger problem. There are some exceptions.. off the top of my head, sleep apnea and restless leg syndrome would be neurological.Do you have a link to where that's been theorized?
