That I am not sure on. It’s different for everyone. But I do think he needs to try to do more tomorrow. I know it’s easier said than done but as I’m sure you know, I’ve been kinda in the same boat for a while, you guys have been trying to get me off my ass for forever, but I didn’t until today. Or I would for like a few days then go back to nothing ha I’m still trying to get out of mine and not even sure if this productivity will last or for how long before I burn out so I’m not sure tbh.

But I do hope he has someone that can come over and help and maybe also find a new therapist? I know he’s seeing the sleep specialist soon but I think he needs to find another therapist. And preferably one that will make him do stuff.

I think it's a complicated issue, there are multiple things at play, with different "layers" as to how they're related. A lot of it has to do with school, which the sleep problem contributes to, but it isn't all because of the sleep problem.

I totally get it. School was awful for me. I mean, I liked the classes and especially some of the professors, but it was so exhausting and I couldn’t even keep up with the work sometimes.

Which then made me feel like shit and made me more depressed making me want to do the work even less etc

I actually dropped out of my first college because I was so depressed and failing all my classes.

Did much better at the next one though ha even though it took me forever.

I just thought it was appropriate the last few days....there has been no peace on my farm....fighting cock birds that just don't want to share a 50' x 150' community pen, rattlesnakes invading my pens, armadillos digging man hole size dens in my yard, chasing them in the moon light and shooting them when I can run fast enough to catch up with them....No Peace!
