The rain is coming down so hard it’s crazy lol and then right when I was gonna get out of the car it started coming down way worse so I got trapped out there for a few minutes cause I wasn’t about to walk through that and turn into a wet rat haha thankfully it was only like a couple minutes though if that of the SUPER SUPER heavy stuff and then it slowed again. Enough so I could run in ha

But this rain is good. We need it.

Anyway, my brother’s birthday was yesterday so we had a lovely dinner tonight with him & FSIL & my parents.

Mine was delicious lol tried to be healthy and get vegetables and stuff instead of like meatloaf lol

Someone also mentioned slipping flat Tupperware containers full of ice into nest boxes under broody hens and switching them out periodically. Can’t remember who it was.
Not sure if it works or not but it’s worth a shot.

Nah it’s this place that has like everything haha they have like fish and steak and tons of other stuff too. They’re actually normally a little bit fancy kinda lol not like super but still ha

Anyway, this particular one was this like vegetable stir fry with like squash, zucchini, peppers, mushrooms, onions, carrots, water chestnuts, etc. and lo mein noodles and this like Thai peanut sauce supposedly although it didn’t really taste like peanuts haha

Anyway, I was trying to be healthy and not get meatloaf or something

And when I saw vegetable stir fry I knew it’d be perfect lol although it actually had more noodles than I thought it would but that’s okay, still had a lot of veggies too, and still delicious. I ate the entire thing

Everyone cleared their plates actually lol it was all really good.

I didn’t think I would like it at first and almost got meatloaf because I normally hate mushrooms or weird veggies or sauces or anything remotely weird or different or unique. I don’t try many new things. but I am glad I did because I loved it and it was delicious haha
