I love what you did with that TV cabinet. Repurposing furniture is so satisfying.

I have a silly question.. google isn’t helping.
I just opened a brand new gallon of Arizona sweet tea and took a big gulp before I realized it was rancid. Almost tasted like ginger beer, or alcoholic or something.
The plastic lid seal wasn’t broken, but it had air in the top instead of being a vacuumed seal. I should’ve poured it out as soon as I saw that.

For those that preserve stuff, is this a thing that can happen with improperly sealed liquid? Or did I just poison myself lol.

I didn’t either.
I called him through immediately and he smelled it from the bottle and gagged. It really smelled almost alcoholic... fermented?
He poured it down the sink.
