I didn’t think I still missed him that much until I saw all the old videos. I mean, I knew I did, I loved him and still think about him a lot, but I haven’t cried about him in a while, really since he died. And even then, not that much cause I knew he was in pain and ready to go. So I didn’t get really upset till a while after when it started sinking in he was really gone. But now, seeing those videos, and how happy and goofy and silly he was and knowing he’s not here anymore... man, it still hurts and is still just as fresh as ever.

Thank you. My issues seem trivial compared to sis and BIL.
Boomer has had it rough this month. He wavers on eating and has an infection in his knee we are treating. Last two days his appetite is huge and may have turned the corner. Still two more weeks til the stitches come out.
Girls are ornery as ever.
Soon I will be packing up some more day lilies with a few surprises. The weather is finally breaking...makes gardening much more enjoyable.

I keep meaning to ask you about some of my plants. I can’t tell if they’re dying or not lol. I’ll get a picture when it’s light outside.
I still haven’t mulched the front bed. Too much to do, too little time.

Sorry about Boomer, it’s hard to make those big guys do anything they don’t wanna do.
I can’t remember, is the leg infection new?

It's been non stop at my house.
I can hear cars driving so it must still be safe to run to the store.
I am going to go soon before I can't go.


I think Galveston is getting the worst of it right now.
The news just showed dummies stranded on the streets down there.
