It is cheese toast with spinach snuck on it to make you feel better about eating cheese toast. Some times you gotta sneak in some veggies where you can. Whatever works!

My son likes spinach on pizza. Is the only way he will eat spinach. But it makes him feel better because he is eating a veggie. He is a very picky eater lol.

My Ameracauna, Violet, is laying now. She was the last pullet that I was waiting on to start. She is laying a cute little green/blue egg. I was hoping for more of a blue color but that’s ok. So Sunny (EE) lays a light blue. TigerLily (EE) lays a mint green. And Violet lays something in between lol. The EE’s are more pastel and hers is a little darker. Funny how it worked out that way.
It’s so difficult to capture the color but here it is.

Hoshi is a three month old leopard gecko. My husband ordered him for me from a breeder in Colorado. I can’t wait to see him in person. This photo is from the breeder.
