Need to have a routine and do it repetitively for 21+ days.
We all hate something about ourselves![]()
I usually only last a few days at most. I guess I need to really try to stay dedicated to it.
And eh, it’s not really that I hate myself per se, pretty happy/good overall lately, just what I do or rather don’t do haha
