I don't know what sex mine are

Once they are old enough (6 months? Can't remember exactly. But bigger than Groot I think), you can tell by the shape/type of reproductive glands they have. To check, very gently lift their tail until it is perpendicular to their body. A female will have one large triangular-ish bulge above the vent. Males have a two parallel, ovoid, hemi-penal bulges above the vent.
If you google how to tell the sex of a bearded dragon, you should be able to find some useful example images.
