Yes...balanced between two rows in the turner, the egg gently moves as the turner moves. I have Hovabator incubators as well as my huge cabinet incubator. In the Hovabator, I try to place eggs slightly away from the heating element. The smaller eggs like bantams really work nicely. I've done this for years.

I'm going to try it tonight. I know I'll forget to turn them if I don't

If you overload the turners, they won't move so no more than 2 per row. Alternate the position so they aren't all lined up.
