Haha it sounds amazing!! But I can see how some people would like more of the religious aspect or whatever but I think some music can still be religious/beautiful and stuff aha I actually think I would like that one more because I’m really into music and stuff and the few times I have gone to church I’ve practically fallen asleep I know I shouldn’t be saying that but it’s true!! Some are so boring. But I guess I need to try a few different ones out! There’s some cool sounding ones around here

Too bad you weren't closer I'd have you come to ours. They have several different times and locations all run by the same pastor. He runs back and forth from both locations all day Sunday.

The chicks love that brooder plate. I couldn't put it on the lowest setting because their too tall. Clops and Crazy Eyes would clothesline themselves because they can't see well I shouldn't laugh but there's truth to that.

I’ll have to look into that! Though I think actually physically going to a real, physical church and making friends/getting out of the house would be good for me haha

Hawk was just watching them. That's what they do. I can't imagine a hawk having the dexterity to reach through a fence and kill a chicken, and the wounds don't look like they're from a beak or talons.
Unless you missed his body for over 36 or so hours then yes it would've been recent.

It can be done. A hawk reached through my chicken wire covered run and killed my favorite chicken a couple years ago. It was a goshawk, and she barely had a mark on her. Didn't make her any less dead.

Hmm interesting. I guess I will never truly know what did it.

My mom said there was a HUGE hawk on top of the older girls chicken coop and they were all inside but it flew off and then the chickens started making a lot of noise which is when she went out there and there was another smaller hawk or owl by the little ones that flew to the tree right behind their coop and stayed there even with her there. Then she was throwing stuff at it and it still didn’t leave. It finally did leave.

Do hawks generally share territory like that? The fact there were two almost makes me think they were trying to scavenge the kill but maybe they really did kill him.

Don’t think I will ever know.
