I had bought a filter for it one time and it was too wide to fit in the slot. The one that I have right now it's like a canister that hangs on the back of the tank and then it has the part that sucks up the water in the tank and another tube that blows water out.

I'll have to take a picture of it maybe somebody can figure out what kind of pump it is because this one is going to die

Do you what brand it is? Is it possible to buy the same one? Guessing not? Or you hate the current one? Hope you find one.

When I came in here my platelets were at 52... All the antibiotics and everything that they are giving me is killing everything.

I usually always have low platelets but they've never been in the 30s.

They had me sign a waiver and everything and had to explain to me that I can't get HIV or any weirdness from it. They make sure that it is completely clean and she said it's been that way since the 1960s

I’m sure they have super strict rules and procedures but it would freak me out so bad lol

Also random question... what do they do if you’re in a car accident or something and Need it immediately? Who signs the wavers then? Or is that different?

Platelets are part of your blood. They are a little tiny blood cells that help your blood clot.

I think they are worried because every time they tourniquet me I get massive bruises because my platelets are so low.

Plus if I get a bleed or something, it would not be good.

Platelets are super safe. RBCs are safe too, but not as much as platelets are. DH got so many transfusions we can’t remember half of them. Go to sleep. The platelets wI’ll help and not hurt you. I’m going to bed. I’ll be praying for you, FC.
