➡I accidentally bought Balut eggs: 2 live ducks! Now a Chat Thread!

I have a cute story.

My brother is here for a week or so visiting. He and my parents went to Weston (about 45 min from us) to go shopping. In the middle of the road, they found this little baby wandering about by itself. No parents or siblings in sight. So, being the softhearted guy he his, by brother caught it.

After some research, we are pretty sure it is a Canada Goose gosling. My parents brought it back with them and they were going to try finding a rehaber to take it. Well, my brother had another idea. My parents have a pair of Canada Geese that visit their pond every day and go to a neighbor's pond at night. They disappeared for a while but now have no babies. I think something raided their nest or got their babies. In any case, my brother decided to see if the pair would adopt the baby.

Looks like they did. They are shepherding the baby around and feeding it. So far, so good! It's hard to see the baby in the photos, but the goose is touching the baby in the first picture.

That is the most precious thing EVER! Yay for saving the baby fluffy before anything happened to it. So very glad that his quick thinking resulted in such a positive and more natural resolution! :love:love:love

@Kiki did you miss this?

I gots me a brand new hard part today. Been about however long this Corona craps been happening. And about cologne john varvatos here. Everyone that smells it says "God I could smell this all day every day" lol
Hmmm I’ll have to find it and sniff it. Johnny Depp has a cologne and I was obsessed but I never bought it for my husband. He’s growing his hair long like Depp (he had longer hair in his teens and I would’ve dated him then for sure)... I am slightly digging it 😆

So sorry that you are having to deal with this. The last I knew, USPS was not honoring their priority mail guarantees. I haven't seen any 3 day packages make it in less than 4 days. I got a guaranteed one day delivery in 5 days.

I was talking to an employee at the USPS who told me that one driver left a package of chicks sit there for 3 days before picking them up to take them to the right post office. It was cold out the first time so he didn't take them then.
You wont be disappointed

Also as the day goes on it gets better smelling
Not like all alcohol then nothing. Put it on and in about 2hrs you're right lol

@Kiki one day I went to a store called BJ’s it’s like a Costco to find this certain axe my husband wore when we first met. I knew it had blue writing but a few did when I got there. I sprayed every blue one and some guy walked up and asked me if he could help. He found the correct one with my description 😂 I was looking for it because I noticed he was getting low on it and I was nice back then 😁
