Sounds like the odds aren't quite in your favorToo bad that doesn't work for coturnix quail. If you get a broody hen, you're very lucky, and if she stays broody long enough to hatch them, luckier still. Then you hope that she'll take care of them.
Store was just a little better today. Little by there was milk and eggs.Is that at your grocery store? I hope food is getting restocked now!
My pigeons eat snow. Lol
No...I had just pulled up and parked right next to them and they didn't even flinch while I was parking right next to them.Pretty sure the car scared them![]()
I spy a s word. That boy is going to he the death of me.
He's acting like a toddler and I've had to babysit him as well as make lunch and clean the house. I had to shit the kitchen doors so that little gremlin couldn't get in. He kept ramming into me with a pillow and whined for mom when I pushed him away.
I'm never going to have kids. Never.
Oh weird! I thought the one driving by might have done itNo...I had just pulled up and parked right next to them and they didn't even flinch while I was parking right next to them.
Nice floorBathroom progress......primered trim cut and hung around door frame and floors, door primered on both sides, all trim silicones, and shelves hung and siliconed in the shower.
My brooder is in the coop. I use sand for bedding because I live on a sand dune and can get all I will ever need with a shovel.I could never brood any inside. The dander is disgusting. I use wheat straw as opposed to shavings for the same reason. Too dusty. It also seems like when I did the chicks sometimes got nasally
Poor guy, I hope he feels better quick.Very preliminary post, but it seems that we may be in the clear. I’ll post what we had posted to our FB last night when things were not looking good.

But it seems that he’s on the mend! We’re still a ways out from being 100% certain, but he’s acting almost back to normal.
