⭐ Kiki's Year Long 🌶️

yeah that stuff annoys me too......i know it was mentioned that perishables could be stored outside if cold, but in your case, the temps will be back up by sunday or so and then where are they going to put it???
I keep enough and buy only as much as I need at regular intervals. The hoarding that occurs in emergency situations and during all of 2020 as well as being forced to purchase in larger than necessary quantities really annoys me!!!

That’s why I can a lot of veggies and broth and chicken. These are stored in the pantry...so it is available when we need it.

DS1 woke us up this morning because his door handle broke on his car and he also said the front stoop froze back into solid ice. hoping his door is just a clip that came off but mr muddy will have to remove the door panel to fix it :th so in the meantime, looks like he will be driving my truck.
Had to replace the handle in the feed truck. Even Ford parts are fabricated plastic.

The rest of the house is all electric. There is no natural gas here. While propane is an option, it would require the purchase of a storage tank, a propane furnace and likely a propane stove and oven.
We use propane for heat , but have an electric stovetop and oven. also have propane camping stove if power goes out.

Powdered milk makes a disgusting substitute for whole milk.
I grew up at a time when single moms would stretch their dollars by mixing whole milk with powdered milk to feed their children. I keep powdered milk on hand as it is an ingredient in my homemade yogurt recipe.

Dressed shrimp on bun with fries potato salad and a "swamp pop" lol

Oh and fried pickles with ranch
A diabetic sugar rush!
Because I don't hatch in my incubator, it stays dander free and clean.
I have one that is used for late hatch when the shelf in the cabinet incubator is ready to come out.

@Overo Mare, what does your profile say? I only see the first letter and then boxes.
My profile?

Are you talking about my title?
