I still brag on Douglas Electric. Even though we were without power for 18 days a couple years ago. It's about how they tackle problems. Not necessarily not ever having problems.

Yeah.....I just got the text update. Only 58 customers affected and it’s estimated to take them until noon to get it back on!!!!

Take those update with a grain of salt. Even though they tend to under promise and over deliver, occasionally they fix the known problem and find more.

Is that why that one part failed?!? Look at that. It's gonna take another 6 hours.

I temper my exuberance when getting estimates. I've been lied too to much.

That makes sense! I usually aim for somewhere in between but don’t always hit it sometimes it comes out fast depending on what kind of dispenser I use haha

I was going to just make them normally and melt some cheese on them but I thought I’d try something different

I always tell the kiddo to make any experiments like this with very small amounts, so if you dont like it, it didnt go to waste. Did it taste good? I have heard of peanut sauce, but not straight peanut butter.

That looks really good!! I definitely should have looked at a recipe real quick first but I was in experiment mode also I don’t think I have any of those ingredients here anyway but I will remember that for next time! I’m definitely gonna try again some time.

We had a super hot summer one year and no AC. I thought Id get creative with cold soups. I did follow the recipe. They were disgusting! I tried a peanut soup and a cherry soup. Dont ask details because it was 15 yrs ago, but I do remember that they sounded very good and the recipes appeared to be solid. I dont know if it was just because I have never had cold soups before or what, but .... never again
