I was all set to go to bed on time again tonight but to my delight, my daddy called me!!!! Well worth being a little late to bed

My momma just left my house!
I hadn't seen her in a year.

@room onthebroom She asked where in the yard I was going to plant that Christmas tree I bought...
I loaded the thing up in the back of her car before she could even say a word.

I was trying to help her set up an appointment to renew her military ID that's going to expire soon. Talk about a frigging joke their website is.
It took me an hour to set up an account for her just to find out there's no appointments available for the next few months and you can't schedule one for the future.

Also...she said let's go outside and smoke a cigarette. Since we haven't hung out in a year she didn't quite remember that I don't smoke.
I did tell her she stunk.

Mr muddy worked his tail off last night making dough for calzones tonight for dinner. He put it in the oven to be out of the way to rise and forgot to take it out this morning before we left for work. Just got the call that DS1 preheated the oven to cook a pizza when he got home without looking inside and ruined all the dough!!!!! So it looks like its gonna be take-out tonight for dinner! And hopefully mr muddy’s mushrooms don’t ruin before we can get groceries and put them back on the weekend meal list!

I've been my daughter's financial advisor lol
Starting her on her journey to great credit.
We did the bank accounts, secured credit card she just started using it
She text me last night she had her first credit score increase! 22 points
Makes a dad proud. She's on her way I told her whatever she does dont screw it up and DEFINITELY DONT let anyone else mess it up but I didn't say mess lol.
Anyway just wanted to share thats what happens when dads are happy
