I can roll in it and not get it. Yet let one single horse hair get in my eye and it's all over.

No but it hurt for a little while at first.
Not really hurt but stung maybe is a better word. Or burned.

I have tried to cut this, dig it up and spray crap on it to kill it for years and the s*** does not die.

How the heck do I get rid of it?

Roundup works for me. If it gives you cancer, it should work pretty good on weeds right?
