My brother who lives in AZ can keep his honey from crystallizing indefinitely.
They do get very high temperatures in the summer there, don't they? Could probably just leave the container of honey on a particularly warm, sunny windowsill or on the porch.

He just keeps it in his cabinet. He has his AC set to 84°F which would be too hot for me.

From what I gathered from the new story is they bury you in a wood box.
3 months later they dig you back up to take your bones out to grind them up to put them back in the box to reburi you for another few months...
Then you're good to go.

3 days after not burying my dog deep enough... Was enough to make me never bury another dog in my yard.
