I sent 16 boys off to freezer camp today. I was going to do 8, but I finished them quicker than expected, so I grabbed 8 more. I timed myself. It took me 65 minutes to process 8 birds. Plucked, not skinned, but I did use the plucker.

We removed 16 today too (not sure how many male vs female) we needed to take out more but we also did lots of other stuff this afternoon

We had pork chops too! Pan fried with peach preserves, au gratin potatoes, stuffing, and collard greens
