A few minutes ago, I decided Tofu is overrated. It's just a curd to me.

Natto is the only fermented food that I've tried but don't like. Tofu for dinner is fine. Silken tofu in a smoothie is great.

The texture of tofu can be manipulated dramatically by buying it firm & freezing it.

I’m not trying to sell any of you on tofu. I was simply answering a question about my burrito.

I personally am extremely fussy about the tofu I eat. Tofu does not have to be the flavorless, white, slippery stuff that comes out of the package. Would you eat raw chicken out of the package? Of course not. Does it look different after you dress it all up & cook it? Yes it does.

Again, not trying to recruit you, just sayin.

I think she planted a few, but hasn’t planted all of them yet. Pretty sure we could have them growing all year if we can keep the ducks out of them.

I planted mine in the greenhouse on the 9th. They are up and looking good. About another 10 days and I can put them in the garden.

When do you plant yours to get your Moose that big?

Where you live you could grow the kind that get over 1,000 lbs. I don't have a long enough growing season for those.
