There was a 1500 lb pumpkin at the town fair last fall. If someone here was able to grow that monster, you can do it there.

Wyoming is highly diversified as to its growing conditions. My growing season is shorter than 5 miles down the road in town.

I have had frost as late as the middle of June and as early as the middle of August. No I do not have the 120 day growing season required to grow the giant pumpkins.

I do not know. I do know that one winter I was leaving the gate to the garden open and a pair of rabbits decided to dig their hidey holes in the middle of the asparagus patch. I quickly banished them and closed the gate.
