Like falling off a log. Everything is fine until you get close to the ground, then the ground is going really fast.

It hurts.
Seee! It’s not the “falling” that hurts anyone. It’s that darn ground that stops you so dang fast.
 
I've never had carp. Is it tasty?
The recipe goes:

Place carp on pine board, bake. Remove from oven, toss carp and eat board.

Carp isn't bad if you remove the mud line and bake after squeezing a lemon on it and covering it with canned tomatoes.

This, I have heard & read elsewhere before.

Got to say, I’ll give a pass to this fish. So many other flavors with much better taste to them.

Cooking a salmon on a pine or cedar plank is wonderful. It's hard to make certain "muddy" fish taste good.
