Will do! He works at Savers which is kind of like this mega thrift store chain thing. He takes the donations and occasionally prices things. But he’s a geologist so he wants to get a teaching job or lab job or something like that.

I went to shut the coop door last night and pick up the feed. I was greeted by 2 little bitty opossums. Um... this isn't yours. Then the duck came out. I have no idea where he is sleeping. I netted him and shoved him into the coop.

Should you house a duck (lost, young, drake mallard) in the chicken coop?

He's getting accustomed to the chickens but is really lost.

So the squirrels have told the opossums that the mulberry tree is ripe. I'm not getting my share of mulberries.

I'm not sure whether to leave feed out for the opossums so they won't eat the chickens or what. Might be time to mow.

I guess as temporary housing and safety….with the chickens works but there are risks to your chickens if duckie gets “ twitterpated” as for the opposums, I wouldn’t encourage them to stay around opposum is what finished off the last of my quail
