I had a super cheeky blue jay this morning. I was taking care of the birds and garden this morning when this jay flew into the greenhouse through the door. I went to chase it out because I didn't want it trapped inside, but instead of flying out, it flew straight to the basket of eggs that I'd just collected, grabbed one, and then flew off!

I only leave the door open when I am inside working. Leaving the door open if I'm not physically present is too dangerous with the number of loose dogs in my area.

I took the eggs in with me. The only reason it had access was because I had just collected them and was finishing the last of my chores before taking them in.
