I knew that feet made a big difference. That's one of the reasons that taking a hot bath before bed really helps me fall asleep. I didn't realize that just fingers would. I have fingerless gloves that I wore, and they helped, but completely covering the fingers made a really big difference.Warm feet, warm hands = warm body.
Head covering helps too. It's amazing how much heat loss there can be from a bare head.Warm feet, warm hands = warm body.
If you are too hot, the quickest way to cool down is to run cold water over the bottom of your wrists. Again a small area making a huge difference. They are such a small percentage of the body mass that it doesn't make sense that they make such a huge difference, but there it is.
Especially if you have no hair - trust me on that.Head covering helps too. It's amazing how much heat loss there can be from a bare head.
Not my problem but my brother can confirm your statement.Especially if you have no hair - trust me on that.
One of my tenants gave me a beanie. He apparently keeps getting them for Christmas and has a lot of them. It make a difference too.Head covering helps too. It's amazing how much heat loss there can be from a bare head.
