⭐ Kiki's Year Long 🌶️

:lau still needs to be fluffed up though no ?
That's what the stirring is for! I have explained this!
When the mixture starts to freeze around the edges, you scrape the container down and stir it. Wait a little, until more has frozen, and stir it again. Keep stirring every so often, increasing your stir speed as it gets thicker and thicker. This breaks up the ice crystals, giving the finished product a smoother texture. After a while, it will get extremely hard to stir -- like stirring cement by hand. At this point, eat it straight, or just let it firm up some more.

But there are so many more possibilities... what is your favorite flavor? Your favorite dessert?
Work with it enough, and chances are pretty good that you can make it into ice cream.
Hmmm true but that would take sooo much experimenting and such as opposed to just cutting down to one or two real ones a month or something. :lau but might be worth it.

Hmmm I guess that makes sense but doesn’t it need like whipping or a lot of air added ?

Still not ice cream ;)
Ice cream churns basically follow the same process that I've outlined before with the freezing and stirring, but they stir it constantly, thereby creating a smoother texture. By hand, it's nigh impossible to get as fine a texture, but not all ice creams that I've had have been super smooth.
