I hate them too. Hate treadmills, and all stationary crap. I gotta do the videos because they have so much variety. 40 minutes flies right by.
I just held a plank for 30 whole seconds. That is not easy for me.

I’m the opposite I guess cause I loveeeeeeee those things and hate actual walking :lau :confused:

Okay, first of all, I figured out how to set a timer with my phone!
Second of all, OWWWWWWWWWWWWWW.
62 seconds, approximately. My wrists are going to be kvetching at me, and my face was starting to get red.
Not being able to breathe properly while holding a plank is a bit unsettling.
NOT. EASY.
 
Actual walking bores the shiz out of me :lau unless I have a dog with me. But maybe I need to try it with music like I do on the treadmill and fake bike. 🤔 but I never let myself do that because I “can’t hear the nature/birds” or whatever bull. :lau :th I think I need to do more hiking though or something cause we have some nice hiking places here but I usually just do along the road and that is so boring!!
