I found these on Google Baskcart... Developed since Covid as a collapsible cart you can take to the store to avoid contamination using a store cart.
The cart folds up and fits in your trunk. The two plastic baskets also fold up.

Yes but yours was a single serving. This is a whole cake. I eat my apple dumplings as soon as they come out of the oven.

Make pie crust dough. Roll it out in a round shape. Place in in a pie pan or cake pan. Center a peeled cored apple on it. Fill the core of the apple with brown sugar or sucralose if sugar content is a concern. Sprinkle cinnamon on top of the sugar. Cut a small tab of butter and press on top of the center. Fold dough up and seal with a little water so that apple is completely enclosed.

Bake at 375°F for one hour.

Serve hot out of the oven with ice cream or in a bowl with fresh milk.
