My mead was supposed to arrive today, but I got a notice that it was undeliverable due to damage.

Who shipped it? How was it labeled?
I received a 1/2 empty gallon jug of Oxine that was damaged in transit...taped up with duct tape. Had to document for the producer that the damage occurred in shipment in order to receive a new shipment.

Fedex delivered and open package to me yesterday.
It was just a pair of jeans I ordered for the mini and I'm still new to this online shopping stuff so I'm not sure if I should have complained or not....or to who.

The jeans are fine...the package...a large plastic envelope was just ripped open...all the way.

Sounds to me like somebody got nosy and opened it that’s happened to us before. Stuff gets delivered to the wrong address and then the people sometimes open it before bringing it back. I don’t know if they just don’t notice the name/address or if they’re curious or ??? Sometimes they end up keeping it. so anyway, maybe someone opened it, realized it wasn’t theirs, and brought it back. Unless you actually saw them deliver it in which case idk.

I guess someone could have ripped it open at my door but the second I received the delivered email I called the house to tell them it was at the door so I don't think anyone would have had time to do so.
