When I cut the Big Moose pumpkin open, I found an already sprouted seed inside it.

How I store celery in my refrigerator. This is the remains of a 2 L pop bottle. I put water in the bottom of it, add the celery and then place a plastic bag over the top of it. By doing this, I am able to keep celery usable for at least 2 months, sometimes longer.View attachment 2507105
I'm stealing this idea.

How are things going with the bubby rabbits?
we were making my feed run tonight and it was all i could do to resist bringing home a bunny!!! 🤣🤣🤣 they had the cutest bin of the dwarf lionhead??? the really fuzzy ones with the flat faces. one was solid gray and extra poofy!!

Stays crunchy? I'm stealing this
Yes. Before using this method, I could not keep celery usable for more than a week in the crisper drawer.

I have even had it stay good long enough to sprout roots. I was able to grow celery in a pot by planting the rooted base.

this gray one was the closest google picture i could find. I’m not sure why i didn’t grab my phone and snap a picture while i was there. I almost had mr muddy talked into getting it for me but he said not until he figures out something better for the guinea pigs.
