regular dental care with occlusal checks, no caffeine after 3pm, consideration of medications and alcohol intake that increase bruxism (ie pain meds, anti depressants etc) regular stretching/relaxation exercises and healthy sleeping habits. severe cases require biteguard and consideration of botox therapy
I don’t think mine has ever done that occlusion thing 😂 then again we already know my bites effed 😂 I used to have braces. Probably need them again.

I'm going to need a second round of braces. Sometime this year or maybe even the next. Somehow I still don't have my twelve year molars.. They're years behind. My teeth have always been late and move very slowly.

I’ve had braces twice but probably need them again or maybe those invisible ones. I do not want to get full on embarrassing braces again 😂😭 it was bad enough when I had to get them again in high school! 😭 also not really related but I clench/grind my teeth a ton hahah

braces keep me in business.....most of the time they create mor bite problems than they solve :th
