I haven't gotten much done today either.
 
I worked in the garden yesterday cleaning out beds. Threw four wheel barrow loads over the fence for the cows. Hubby used the hay cutter to cut down some tall dried grasses in the pastures. Then used the chisels to open up the ground before the rains hit.
He was up thru the night with some serious leg cramps.

Today I tackled the weed whacker edging around the flower beds in the yard, hand weeded the two big beds in the front yard and loaded the back of the Ranger with all the pulled grasses for the cows on the hill. Hubby mowed the two yards and the garden. He also mowed around the barn.

Both days I wore shorts and sleeveless tops for the first time this spring and got pink. Got to get ready for my trip to Hawaii in July.

We have 5 days of rain forecasts with up to 4 inch accumulations.

Still waiting on my cabinets.

Do you think you could hunt for wild chicken eggs in Hawaii while you are there?
 
Butchered 4 quail. The 2 remaining young ones that were just small and 2 of the 2 year old layers. Huge size difference.

Got the auto water set up on the new coop and moved the stinky babies out. 28 remain. First guess at sexing is 12 females and 16 males. I'm counting the white ones as girls.

Have 2 whites and 2 egyptian/caramel ones out of this hatch.

Not sure I like the coop expansion. Didn't get pictures today. I should do that.
