Canned spinach. Boiled Collard greens or Mustard greens. And boiled okra.

No real reason to eat them. Sauteed, baked or raw has potential.

Oysters Rockafeller is delicious with spinach.

Lightly blanch the spinach. Squeeze every last drop of water out of it. Mix soy sauce, ground sesame seeds, and sugar. Mix thoroughly with the spinach. It's delicious.
