⭐ Kiki's Year Long 🌶️

When DD#1 moved the last time, I returned to her all the spices she blessed me with. So did her MIL. My spice cabinet is wonderfully spacious now.
Salt, pepper, Tony's, cayenne pepper, ground cloves, cinnamon, italian and very few others. Lots of space. Easy to keep clean.
I love trying new seasonings. Very few I ever re-buy.

I always made it out, but looking back I probably shouldn't have tried some of them.
( Except once, when I died. ;) )
My scare wasn't in a boat one time when I was a kid me and my dad went fishing and were walking in the marsh before I knew to step on the plants and not on the easy grassy areas anyway I stepped and fell sunk up to my waist and my dad grabbed me and pulled me out. Ever since then step on the plant piles never the clear paths

Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne for boils, Tony's, crab boil (particulate) parsley, thats about all I use.
If you can master a good dark roux not much seasoning is needed really. But I mostly make pot fulls of stuff i/we can eat on for a few days. I dont really do 1 day meals. Just how I was brought up
