⭐ Kiki's Year Long 🌶️

That sounds good. Recipe?
saute a large onion in 2 tbsp of butter
Add 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp salt, 1/4 cup vinegar, 1/2 cup water, 1or 2 grated apples, 1/4 tsp paprika.
Shred a 'normal' sized head of red cabbage.
Add to mix and cook until tender

I don't add any salt and adjust vinegar/sugar to taste.

Girl! Don't scare me like that!

I am so happy for you!
Are you doing well these days?
I am. Life has been a whirlwind for these last few years. We’ve been letting the flock age out, no new birds in over a year. Only one of our original flock still remains, hard to believe she’s seven this year.

Lots of loss in our family this year unfortunately, and we’re set to lose another at the end of the month. It’s been a bad year in general for our family and animals.

As far as my own direct life though..
I work in a vet clinic that I thoroughly enjoy and I have gotten to do so many things there. I’m getting ready to be on a plane to Tennessee (where I’m going off to school) to visit potential living areas. It’s going to be a huge life change, that’s for sure.
